Objective: To study clinical presentation, aetiology and short-term outcome of pediatric intracerebral hemorrhage (pICH).
Methods:
Study Design: Prospective cohort study . Setting: The Department of Pediatrics, National Institute of Child Health, Karachi, Pakistan. Period: October 2023 to March 2025. A total of 44 children aged 1 month to 15 years with spontaneous ICH confirmed by CT/MRI were enrolled.Detailed clinical evaluation, laboratory investigations, and neuroimaging were performed. Outcomes were assessed using the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) at discharge, 3 months, and 6 months. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26.
