Hardiono D Pusponegoro Department of Child Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia CiptoMangunkusumo General Hospital, Jakarta
Discussing normal child development is not too interesting, because normal development is already programmed and always follow same track. As a pediatrician, we often encounter children who shows “strange” or uncommon behavior that cannot be classifed as a disorder, but enough to make concern. I will discuss some strange or uncommon behavior in motor and behavior development, such as not crawling, botton shuffling, tip-toe walking, joint laxity, valgus or varus knee, strange gaze, throwing things, speak in a strange way etc.
